We offer a 10-12 week program where patients and their families will focus on behavioral skills including: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and the middle path. Other treatment modalities incorporated include; 12-step model, hands on activities, specialty groups, and experiential therapies such as art and yoga.
